Ethical leadership is a cornerstone for a successful business and it is equally important for elected leaders. You are invited to participate in a conversation with two leaders on their thoughts about ethical leadership in practice.

- Dave Skogen is the Chairman for Festival Foods. This rapidly growing company has 32 locations in Wisconsin with 7300 associates. Dave is committed to the application of servant leadership in the workplace and in life. He has been a leader in the development of "Character Lives", a character-based curriculum that is now offered at 22 La Crosse-area high schools.

- Lee Rasch is the Executive Director of LeaderEthics-Wisconsin, a non-partisan/nonprofit organization committed to promoting ethical leadership among elected officials. Lee is the retired President of Western Technical College and a former candidate for Congress
